He is responsible for the systems, processes and client experience that sit behind the firm’s advisory work — translating complex governance services into clear, accessible and well-executed engagements for boards and executives.

His work focuses on building scalable, efficient operations and effective go-to-market strategies that support both clients and advisors. This includes overseeing project delivery, refining survey and reporting processes, strengthening digital platforms, and ensuring that insights are communicated in a way that is practical, relevant and easy to act on.

Anthony brings a strong interest in how structure, design and communication influence decision-making at board level. He works closely with governance advisors to ensure that data, benchmarking and reporting are presented clearly and credibly, supporting better conversations and better outcomes in the boardroom.
